Orders Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 working days. We specialize in woodworking machinery and heavy equipment that ships via freight and we partner with trusted manufacturers and experienced freight carriers to ensure your equipment is delivered safely, accurately, and with clear expectations from order to delivery. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the brand-see below for any exceptions.
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been received in our system and that your payment method has been authorized.
After receiving your order, we submit it to the manufacturer or fulfillment warehouse to confirm availability and estimated ship timing. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, you will be notified promptly. If the item is available for shipment, the order will proceed through fulfillment based on the manufacturer’s processing timeline.
Order Shipment
If your order is available and processed, it will typically ship within 2–4 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated by the manufacturer.
Some products may have extended processing or lead times due to manufacturer production schedules, made-to-order status, or brand-specific fulfillment requirements. These exceptions will be noted on the product page or communicated to you after order placement.
Once the order leaves the warehouse, freight carrier information and tracking or PRO details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Times
All shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated shipping and transit times are based on information provided by manufacturers and freight carriers and may change due to factors outside of our control, including production schedules, freight capacity, weather conditions, labor availability, or regional constraints. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to shipping delays once the order has shipped. We appreciate your patience and understanding during said times.
Most orders will ship out within 2-4 business days. Once the order ships, it will take between 5-10 business days to be delivered. (Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days)

Shipping Locations & Restrictions
Orders are fulfilled by manufacturers and delivered by third-party freight carriers within the contiguous 48 United States. Delivery to remote or limited-access areas may be subject to carrier restrictions, extended transit times, or additional fees.
Shipping outside the United States is not available unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Shipping Methods
All machinery and large equipment are shipped via freight carriers, typically using LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight service. Freight shipping differs significantly from standard parcel delivery.
Standard freight delivery is curbside delivery only, which means:

Equipment is delivered to the end of the driveway, curb, or loading dock

Equipment arrives palletized or crated

No unpacking, assembly, installation, or inside placement is included
Freight drivers are not permitted to move items inside buildings or provide setup or installation assistance.
Delivery Appointments
Most freight carriers will contact the customer in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. A valid phone number is required at checkout. Someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment at the time of delivery.
Missed delivery appointments, failed delivery attempts, or inaccessible delivery locations may result in additional carrier fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Optional Freight Services
Additional services may be required depending on your delivery location and circumstances. These services are not included by default and must be requested and approved prior to shipment:

Availability and cost of additional services vary by carrier, manufacturer, equipment size, and location and are not guaranteed in all areas.
Change of Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
If an address change is requested after an order has been processed or submitted to the manufacturer or freight carrier, we will make reasonable efforts to assist; however, address changes are not guaranteed.
Address changes may result in shipment delays, rerouting, or cancellation by the carrier. Any additional charges imposed by the manufacturer, warehouse, or freight carrier due to address changes, reconsignment, storage, or delivery delays are the responsibility of the customer.
Once an order has shipped, address changes are subject entirely to carrier approval and may not be possible.
