Maksiwa Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping & Freight Delivery Overview
Maksiwa products are classified as machinery and ship via freight due to size and weight.
Most Maksiwa orders follow our standard processing timeline and are submitted to the manufacturer within 2–4 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Once shipped, freight delivery typically occurs within 5–10 business days, depending on carrier availability and destination.

All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Method & Delivery Scope

Maksiwa equipment ships via LTL freight

Standard delivery is curbside delivery only

Delivery does not include inside placement, unpacking, assembly, or installation
A valid phone number is required at checkout so the freight carrier can schedule delivery.
Missed appointments, inaccessible delivery locations, or refused shipments may result in additional carrier fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection at Delivery
Customers must inspect Maksiwa shipments at the time of delivery.
If the original packaging appears violated, broken, or damaged:
Timely reporting is required for freight damage review and potential resolution.
Returns & Refunds (Maksiwa Products)
Return Eligibility
Maksiwa provides dealers with a 30-day return window from delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:

The equipment must be unused

The product must show no signs of operation or installation

The item must be returned in original packaging

Return authorization is required prior to shipment
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return Authorization
Defective machines and eligible returns require manufacturer authorization before being returned.
All Maksiwa return requests must be initiated through My Woodworking Direct, who will coordinate authorization and next steps with the manufacturer.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

A 25% restocking fee applies to approved Maksiwa returns

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds, if approved, are issued only after the returned item is received and reviewed.
Defective Equipment
If a machine is determined to have a manufacturer defect upon initial startup, an exchange may be considered at the manufacturer’s discretion.
If damage is identified at delivery and properly documented, replacement or resolution may be arranged based on manufacturer review.
