Shipping & Freight Delivery Overview
Yardbeast products are classified as machinery and ship via freight due to size and weight. Most Yardbeast orders follow our standard processing timeline and are submitted to the manufacturer within 2–4 business days after order confirmation. Once shipped, freight delivery typically occurs within 5–10 business days, depending on carrier availability and delivery location.
Estimated total delivery window: 7–14 business days. All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Yardbeast machines include free shipping on orders delivered within the contiguous United States. Free shipping includes residential delivery and liftgate service, meaning the freight carrier will deliver the palletized unit to your curb or driveway. Delivery does not include inside placement, unpacking, assembly, electrical hookup, or setup. A valid phone number is required at checkout so the carrier can schedule a delivery appointment. Customers are responsible for having appropriate assistance available to receive and unload freight at the time of delivery.
Inspection at Delivery
Please inspect all Yardbeast freight shipments at the time of delivery.
If you observe visible damage to the packaging or product:

Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing

Take clear photos of the product and packaging

Timely reporting of freight damage is required so we can assist with a claim and resolution.
Returns & Refunds (Yardbeast Products)
Return Eligibility
Yardbeast provides a 30-day return period for products that are returned in unused condition and in the original or equivalent packaging.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused

It must be in original or equivalent secure packaging

All components and accessories must be included
-
Proper packaging must prevent damage during transit
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return Authorization
All Yardbeast returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before the product is shipped back.
To initiate a return, contact My Woodworking Direct at support@mywoodworkingdirect.com. We will handle the request on your behalf and coordinate RMA authorization with the manufacturer.
Do not ship any item back without written return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to verified freight damage or a defect.
If you choose to ship the item back yourself, use a trackable LTL freight service and pack the product securely.
Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Once the returned item arrives at the Yardbeast return facility and is inspected, refunds will be processed. Please allow time for inspection and refund processing after delivery.
Product Condition & Return Requirements
Before returning a Yardbeast machine:

Drain any fuel, oil, or flammable liquids as required by law

Leave fuel and oil caps off for at least 24 hours prior to shipment

Pack the unit to prevent damage in transit
Liability for improper packaging or hazardous returns resides with the sender.
