SuperHandy Shipping and Returns Policy
Order Processing & Shipping (SuperHandy Products)
Most SuperHandy orders are processed within 1–2 business days, provided the item is in stock.
Once shipped, transit time is typically 3–4 business days, depending on carrier routing and delivery location. Orders shipping to remote or hard-to-service areas may require additional transit time.
Estimated delivery time: 4-6 business days.
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to inventory availability, carrier capacity, weather conditions, or destination constraints.
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to shipping delays once the order has shipped.
Returns & Refunds (SuperHandy Products)
All SuperHandy return requests must be initiated through My Woodworking Direct. We coordinate all return approvals and logistics with the manufacturer on the customer’s behalf.
Return eligibility, authorization, and final approval are determined by the manufacturer after review.
Return Eligibility
SuperHandy returns may be considered for the following reasons:
Returns must be initiated within the manufacturer’s approved return window (generally up to 30 days from delivery, where applicable).
All products must be returned in original packaging and must not show signs of use unless the return is related to a verified defect.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorization from the manufacturer.
Products returned without written return authorization may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
My Woodworking Direct will submit the return request to the manufacturer and provide further instructions once approval is granted.
Restocking Fees & Return Costs

Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise approved

Refused shipments may incur restocking fees and return freight charges
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including custom or special-order products, may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly supplied. Eligibility is determined by the manufacturer.
Freight Damage & Defective Items
Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery.
If damage is present:

If a product is determined to have a manufacturer defect upon initial startup, an exchange or resolution may be considered at the manufacturer’s discretion.
