Castaly Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping & Freight Delivery Overview
Castaly products are classified as machinery and shipped via freight due to size and weight. Most Castaly orders are processed and submitted to the manufacturer within 2–7 business days after order confirmation. Once shipped, freight transit typically occurs within 6–10 business days, depending on carrier availability and delivery location.
Estimated total delivery window: 8–17 business days. All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery timing may vary due to inventory, carrier capacity, weather, or regional constraints.
Freight delivery generally includes curbside delivery only and does not include inside placement, unpacking, assembly, electrical hookup, or setup. A valid phone number is required at checkout so the freight carrier can schedule a delivery appointment. Customers are responsible for having the proper assistance and equipment available to receive freight at the time of delivery.
Inspection at Delivery
Please inspect all Castaly shipments at the time of delivery.
If you observe visible damage to the packaging or product:

Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing

Take clear photos of the product and packaging

Timely reporting of freight damage is required so we can assist with a claim or resolution.
Returns & Refunds (Castaly Products)
Return Eligibility
Castaly accepts returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery for a potential refund, subject to inspection and approval. Returned products must be unused and in original condition.
Return Authorization
All Castaly returns require prior approval. To initiate a return request, contact My Woodworking Direct at support@mywoodworkingdirect.com. We will coordinate authorization with the manufacturer before any return is shipped.
Do not ship products back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping & Fees
If a return is approved:

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns per Castaly’s published terms.

If the return is due to Castaly’s error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), Castaly will cover return shipping costs.

If the return is not due to Castaly’s error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original outbound freight charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received by the manufacturer and inspected, and may take additional time to process depending on carrier transit time and inspection timelines.
